Vinny is a former sales and marketing professional who founded Tactical Talent in 2015 armed with the first-hand experience it takes to find the very best in sales and marketing talent. It all started with a gap year in Australia when he worked in a recruitment agency for backpackers in Brisbane, sourcing hospitality workers for contract roles in the Outback. Since then, Vinny has worked extensively in Sales, from door to door to corporate, and as a Marketing Sector Client Service Manager and Director with some of world’s best-known brands in Ireland, the UK, Canada and Australia.

Prior to founding Tactical Talent, he was recruiting and managing sales and marketing teams of all sizes across a multitude of sectors. Over the last 20 years he has seen the best and worst amongst many thousands of job descriptions, job applications, cover letters, and applicants. Iseult McLaughlin
Iseult worked in HR for over 10 years before jumping to the other side of the fence! This means that she really understands the HR process, having recruited in-house for some of Ireland’s best-known brands including Arnotts, Kerrygold and Jameson. She had designed and led high volume recruitment campaigns, built teams from the ground up, resourced greenfield sites and recruited from graduate programme to senior executives. Her recruitment experience has spanned Retail Sales, Finance, IT, Marketing, PR, Sales, Legal, Production and Creative.

She has a keen eye for matching candidates with teams and managers, and knows what it means to make the right hiring decisions, and how important it is for both employers and candidates alike to make the right choice.
